​Diamond Shield Cookware Return Policy
 

• Return Window - You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. 
   

• Condition - Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 
   

• Refund - If the return is accepted, you'll receive a full refund. 
   

• Exchanges - Diamond Shield does not offer exchanges at this time.

• Proof of Purchase - Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 
   

• Warranty - Diamond Shield Cookware is covered against manufacturer's defects for 25 years, but this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to, overheating, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, or improper cleaning. 
   

• Return Shipping - Customers must contact, our email address, to be issued a RA number to have the refund request accepted.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
